Rebecca just laid out what it actually takes for a minor party to stay on Minnesota’s ballot and why this Senate race is happening.

Major parties do not petition. Everyone else does. In 2024 she ran an anti-war campaign on spirit and a shoestring. The party needed 1% to stay recognized. We cleared it.

Then when the bombs started falling on Iran…. At that point she knew she had to run this race!

Minnesota 2026 midterms are fast approaching.

Mark these essential dates. So your voice can be heard!

📆 Sep 15: National Voter Registration Day

Check or update your registration. To vote you must be a U.S. citizen, 18 by Election Day, and a Minnesota resident for at least 20 days before Nov. 3. Doing it now saves time later: mnvotes.gov/register

📆 Sep 18: Absentee voting begins

No excuse needed. Request a mail ballot, or vote in person. County offices generally open Sep. 18; some city halls start Oct. 16. Check your site: sos.state.mn.us (search “voting locations before election day”).

📆 Oct 13: Pre-register deadline

Last day for online or mail registration to be received so your name is already on the list. Miss it? You can still register in person when you vote, with proof of residence.

📆 Oct 16: Early voting starts

This is the in-person period when many sites let you put your ballot straight into a tabulator. Same idea as Election Day, just earlier.

📆 Nov 2: Last day to vote early in person

Also the last day to request an absentee ballot. Hours vary; many sites close at 5 p.m. Don’t cut it close.

📆 Nov 3: Election Day

Polls 7 a.m.–8 p.m. If you’re in line at 8, you vote. Stay in line. Mail ballots must be received by 8 p.m. Election Day, not just postmarked.

In-person absentee drop-off is generally due by 5 p.m. Same-day registration is available with proof of residence.

On November 2nd, 2024 Rebecca Whiting spoke at the Save Minnesota Rally on what family farm math actually looks like!

“Last fall, a feeder calf was $150. Right now it’s sitting at between $900 and $1,200. That’s just an example of the volatility of the market.” — Rebecca Whiting

She and her husband Keith raise sheep, pigs, dairy cows, and chickens at Dirty Goat Farm and Bakery in Bemidji. She has served on the Bemidji farmers market board for 10 years.

She asked the question regulators never answer:

“20 years from now, when no new farmers are rising up to take on the challenge of being America’s backbone, and the older farmers are all retiring and selling off, who will provide the food that we need for this country to keep going?” — Rebecca Whiting

Farm, Food, and Community Freedom is one of her five U.S. Senate pillars:

Kickoff is 3:25 for the Viking opener this afternoon at U.S. Bank Stadium!

One thing is for sure, nobody in that building would let the Packers hire the refs. (Or the Vikings)

Chip Tangen uses that same test for Secretary of State:
“To ensure fair play in a Vikings-Packers game, we would never stand for one team to hire the referees.”

That’s platform point 1: Election Integrity for Us All.

Minnesota’s chief elections officer has always come from one of the two major parties. Chip is unbound from both, so both sides can trust the referee!

They need you angry at the other team!

Not curious. Not independent. Angry. Because if you are busy picking a jersey, you are not asking why both locker rooms keep the same lock on the door.

Rebecca Whiting is not asking you to hate Republicans. She is not asking you to hate Democrats. She is asking you to notice the arrangement: keep the public split, call it a choice, and leave the same political class in charge.

Fair Ballot Access and Political Competition is the fourth pillar of her U.S. Senate campaign for a reason. A system that makes it this hard for anyone else to get on the ballot is not offering competition. It is offering branding.

Her campaign charter puts it plainly: a political system cannot call itself representative while making it unnecessarily difficult for new voices to compete.

You do not have to agree with Rebecca on every issue to take the next step. Her campaign says that out loud. You only have to be done pretending two names are the whole menu.

She is on the Minnesota ballot for U.S. Senate.

Vote for a candidate. Not a jersey.

Minnesota entrepreneurs shouldn’t need a machete to cut through the licensing maze!

TJ’s platform is just as direct: review or eliminate licensing mandates that lock regular people out of opening a shop or bringing a product to market.

He wants Minnesota to be the state where dreamers build, not where bureaucracy buries them.

That’s the fight in House District 44B: less red tape, more opportunity for North St. Paul, Oakdale, and the neighbors trying to start something of their own.
