The last employee I want to recognize this week, is our newest team member, Fallon Rivers.
Fallon has been with us for almost two months and is already making a wonderful impression as our vitals clerk. She handles birth certificates, death certificates, marriage licenses, livestock brands, and assists with many other areas in the office.
Even in her short time here, Fallon has proven to be a true gem and a breath of fresh air. She is consistently friendly, kind, and welcoming—always greeting customers as soon as they walk up to the counter. That first impression matters, and Fallon ensures every person feels seen, valued, and important.
She goes above and beyond to meet the needs of those we serve. Requests in the vitals department can sometimes be complicated, especially when records may not be in our county. Fallon handles those situations with tact, patience, and professionalism.
We are so grateful to have Fallon as part of our team. She has been a sweet addition, and I look forward to continuing to work with her and watching her grow in this role.
