Today I would like to recognize Stephanie Yorgensen, our Land and Deed Clerk and Chief Deputy.
Stephanie does an outstanding job serving the citizens of Houston County every day. She has a remarkable ability to dig through land records and help people find exactly what they need, even when the search is challenging.
Recently, one of our local land professionals has been unable to come to the courthouse due to injuries. Stephanie went above and beyond to help provide the documents they needed, making the process much easier during a difficult time. As a token of their appreciation, they surprised Stephanie with these beautiful flowers.
I also want to give a shout-out to Stephanie for faithfully using her stand-up desk every day. When she asked about getting one, I was happy that we were able to find a solution that fit our budget. It’s rewarding to see it being put to such good use, and it serves as a reminder that investing in our employees’ well-being matters.
Stephanie is knowledgeable, hardworking, and always willing to help. I am grateful for the professionalism, kindness, and positive face she presents for our office each day. Thank you, Stephanie, for all you do for the Houston County Clerk’s Office and the citizens we serve!
