On August 27, Council Member Natasha Harper-Madison presented a proclamation recognizing the Grant for Technology Opportunities Program (GTOPs) and its role in expanding digital access, skills, and opportunity throughout Austin.

GTOPs supports local organizations working to address the digital divide and help residents gain access to the technology, training, and resources needed to participate in today’s digital world.
The proclamation celebrates the continued impact of GTOPs and the community partners helping make Austin a more digitally connected and inclusive city.
