📢 PUBLIC ADVISORY | USE OF OCSEAS FOR THE 14 MARCH 2027 CAREER SERVICE EXAMINATION – PEN AND PAPER TEST (CSE-PPT)
The Civil Service Commission Regional Office IV announces the use of Online Civil Service Examination Application System (OCSEAS) for the conduct of the 14 March 2027 Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT).
📅 Important Dates to Remember:
🔹 02 November 2026 (Monday) – Start of access to the OCSEAS website for online application and reservation of slots at the respective CSC RO IV Field Offices.
🔹 03 November 2026 (Tuesday), from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Thursday only) – Start of payment of the examination fee and personal appearance at the respective CSC RO IV Field Offices for the verification and evaluation of application requirements. This applies to applicants who have successfully secured a booking through OCSEAS.

📌 IMPORTANT REMINDER:
Applicants are advised to access the OCSEAS website starting November 2, 2026, to complete the online application and reserve a slot at their preferred CSC RO IV Field Office, including their scheduled date and time of appearance.
Applicants with confirmed bookings must personally appear at their respective Field Office on their exact scheduled date and time, beginning November 3, 2026, within the prescribed office hours, to pay the examination fee and undergo verification and evaluation of their application requirements.
Please be advised that failure to appear on the scheduled date and time will result in the automatic cancellation of the booking. Applicants whose bookings have been cancelled must reapply through OCSEAS and select from the available schedules, subject to slot availability.
Please ensure that all required documents are complete and comply with the prescribed application procedures.
