Matagumpay na isinagawa ng 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 (𝗟𝗚𝗨) 𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻, 𝗢𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗿𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 (𝗕𝗜𝗠𝗦) noong 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟬–𝟮𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, bilang bahagi ng patuloy na pagsusulong ng digital transformation at innovation sa antas-barangay.

Ang BIMS ay isang subsystem ng 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 (𝗟𝗚𝗨𝗦𝗦) na binuo ng Department of the Interior and Local Government upang suportahan ang mga barangay sa mas maayos, organisado, at episyenteng pamamahala ng impormasyon at records. Layunin nitong mapahusay ang mga proseso sa barangay at makatulong sa paghahatid ng mas mabilis at mahusay na serbisyo publiko.

Kasama ni MLGOO Yoly Rose T. Jordan, EnP, na nagbigay ng Technical Assistance sina ISA I Sherwin M. Torreliza at LGOO II Sarah Mae J. Soberano mula sa DILG Occidental Mindoro Provincial Office upang gabayan ang LGU Calintaan at mga kalahok sa wastong paggamit at pagpapatupad ng BIMS.

Sa pamamagitan ng LGUSS-BIMS, patuloy na isinusulong ng DILG ang digitalization at modernization ng barangay governance tungo sa mas organisadong impormasyon, mas episyenteng proseso, at mas mahusay na paghahatid ng serbisyo para sa bawat mamamayan.

The Municipality of Magsaysay, Occidental Mindoro, has achieved a significant milestone as the first municipality in the country to complete an infrastructure project under the FY 2026 Local Government Support Fund–Support to the Barangay Development Program (LGSF-SBDP), hence making the MIMAROPA Region the first region in the country to report completed projects under the FY 2026 LGSF-SBDP.

This accomplishment reflects the LGU's commitment to timely and effective delivery of essential infrastructure and basic services to its constituents. It also highlights the strong coordination among the municipal and barangay officials, implementing agencies, contractors, and other stakeholders, as well as the importance of effective planning, procurement, monitoring, and quality control.

As an early completer of the FY 2026 SBDP, Magsaysay serves as a model of responsive, efficient, and results-oriented local governance, demonstrating how timely implementation can accelerate community development and improve public welfare.

The following are the completed projects under the FY 2026 SBDP of Municipality of Magsaysay, Occidental Mindoro:

📌 PAGPAPATATAG NG LOKAL NA PAMAHALAAN TUNGO SA MAS MAAYOS NA SERBISYO PUBLIKO! 🏛️✨

Matagumpay na isinagawa ang Review of Occidental Mindoro’s Devolution Transition Plan (DTP) at ang Reorientation sa mga pangunahing probisyon ng Executive Order No. 138, s. 2021 (Full Devolution of Certain Functions of the Executive Branch to Local Governments) at Republic Act No. 7160 (Local Government Code of 1991).

Sa nasabing talakayan, masusing binusisi ang mga ways forward at mga estratehiya upang mas mapabuti at ma-update ang DTP ng lalawigan. Layunin nitong masiguro ang mas mabilis, epektibo, at direktang pagpaparating ng mga pangunahing serbisyo sa ating mga kababayan. 🌾

Ang mahalagang gawaing ito ay naisakatuparan sa masipag na pakikipagtulungan ng DILG Regional Office (MIMAROPA), DILG Occidental Mindoro Provincial Office, at ng Provincial Governor’s Office (PGO).
