Isinagawa ngayong araw, Mayo 11, 2026, sa Tamaraw Hall, Capitol Main Building, Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro ang Recognition and Awarding Ceremonies na pinangunahan ng Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) ng Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro sa pamumuno ni Ms. Marife T. TaΓ±ala. Buo ang suporta ng ating butihing Governor Eduardo B. Gadiano upang mabigyan ng sapat na recognition at award ang mga empleyado ng PGOM na nagsikhay sa kani-kanilang mga larangan at trabaho.

Binigyang pagkilala ang mga kawani ng PGOM na matagumpay na nakapasa sa iba’t ibang ecamination tulad ng Civil Service at Licensure Examinations.

The Hon. Mayor Michael Lim Orayani is indeed thankful to Governor Eduardo B Gadiano for allowing PHRMO Team headed by Ms. Marife T. TaΓ±ala, Mr. John Reynold V. Mulingbayan OIC CAO, Ms. Hazel Joy Joy E. Tabuga, Mr. Judiel D. Villar, Ms. Joyce Nikka P. Del Rosario, to conduct an orientation about PRIME HR.

PRIME-HRM (often shortened to PRIME HR) stands for the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management.

It is a strategic initiative by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) in the Philippines designed to transform the human resource management systems of government agencies. Think of it as a "quality seal" or a maturity roadmap for how government offices handle their people.

𝐍𝐀𝐆𝐀𝐍𝐀𝐏: 𝐎𝐫𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐒𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐧 ππ‘πˆπŒπ„-π‡π‘πŒ π‹πžπ―πžπ₯ 𝐈𝐈𝐈 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐒𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬

Matagumpay na naisagawa ang Orientation on the PRIME-HRM Level III Indicators na pinangunahan ng HRMO sa pamumuno ni Marife Tanala, (Provincial HRMO). Dinaluhan ito ng mga miyembro ng iba’t ibang HR bodies tulad ng HRMPSB, PRAISE, PMT, at HRDC, kasama ang Local Finance Committee at mga kinatawan ng tanggapan.

Kabilang sa mga dumalo sina Ms. Cleta B. Mulingbayan (Provincial Treasurer), Engr. Arnold Dennis Eugenio, REA (Provincial Assessor), Engr. Alrizza C. Zubiri (Provincial Agriculturist), Mr. Crisostomo Paras (Provincial Accountant), Mr. Oscar Gallego (Chief Accountant), at iba pang mga empleyado mula sa Human Resource Management Office.

Isinagawa ang nasabing orientation sa inisyatibo ng ating butihing Gobernador, Eduardo B. Gadiano bilang bahagi ng paghahanda para sa pagkamit ng PRIME-HRM Maturity Level III.

Nagbahagi naman ng makabuluhang kaalaman at gabay ang resource speaker mula sa CSC Regional Office IV, Mr. Christopher John Espiritu, Senior Human Resource Specialist na nagbigay-linaw sa mahahalagang aspeto ng mga indicators at pamantayan.

Sa kabuuan, ang gawaing ito ay nagsilbing mahalagang hakbang tungo sa patuloy na pagpapalakas ng Human Resource Management systems ng Pamahalaang Panlalawiganβ€”isang patunay ng sama-samang dedikasyon sa mahusay, makatao, at dekalidad na paglilingkod sa publiko.
