The Procurement Service-Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM), through the PhilGEPS Office, invites Government Agencies, Merchants, and Observers to participate in the E-Bidding Facility Deep Dive Training for 2026.

This training aims to strengthen participants’ knowledge and practical use of the PhilGEPS E-Bidding Facility, in support of the government’s ongoing efforts to promote transparency, efficiency, and digital transformation in public procurement.

📌 Training Duration:
• Government Agencies – 2 Days
• Merchants – 1 Day
• Observers – Half Day

📅 Multiple training sessions will be conducted throughout 2026 via online and face-to-face modalities.
