DARMO Kabacan Conducts Monthly Staff Meeting

The Department of Agrarian Reform Municipal Office (DARMO) Kabacan, led by Municipal Agrarian Reform Program Officers (MARPO) Donald Perocho and Christy Nullada, conducted its monthly staff meeting.

The meeting focused on the office’s targets and accomplishments as of 3rd Quarter of 2026. The staff reviewed the progress of ongoing activities, assessed accomplishments against established targets, and discussed strategies and action points to ensure the timely and effective implementation of programs and activities for the succeeding quarter.

The meeting also provided an opportunity for the staff to coordinate, address concerns, and strengthen teamwork in the delivery of services to agrarian reform beneficiaries.

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 136, s. 2026, please be informed that work in all Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) offices in Cotabato Province is suspended on September 28, 2026 (Monday), starting at 1:00 PM, in observance of the 34th National Family Week and “Kainang Pamilya Mahalaga Day.”

Regular office operations will resume on September 29, 2026 (Tuesday).

Please be guided accordingly.

DARMO Kabacan Conducts Pulong-Pulong at Gil Manalo Landholding

On September 17, 2026, in the afternoon, personnel of the Department of Agrarian Reform Municipal Office (DARMO) of Kabacan, spearheaded by MARPO Donald Perocho and MARPO Christy Nullada, conducted a Pulong-Pulong at the Gil Manalo Landholding located in Barangay Bannawag, Kabacan, Cotabato.

The landholding covers an area of 80.3382 hectares and involves 60 farmer-beneficiaries. The activity was conducted to determine the actual occupation of the farmer-beneficiaries within the subject landholding and to gather relevant information regarding their respective areas of occupation.

The activity forms part of the office's continuing efforts to validate and document pertinent information concerning the landholding and its farmer-beneficiaries.

DAR North Cotabato Legal Chief Attorney Razel May Dumandan was also present during the said activity.

Special thanks to the Barangay Council of Bannawag, headed by Barangay Captain Rodel Laoagan, for its continued support and cooperation in the conduct of the activity.

Guzman in Partnership with the Department of Agrarian Reform led by MARPO Donald Perocho awarded Certificate of Condonation with Release of Mortgage (COCROM) to 20 Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries amounting to P2,417,238.38 during the celebration of Barangay Day Sponsored by the Department of Interior and Local Government on August 17, 2026 as part of the 79th Foundation Anniversary and Kapagayan Festival of the Municipality of Kabacan.
