Promoting a Cleaner, Safer, and More Organized Workplace!

On July 2, 2026 (Thursday), the DAR Provincial Office of Cotabato conducted a 5S Activity at the DAR Municipal Office of Kabacan to reinforce the principles of Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain.

The activity aimed to promote an organized, efficient, and conducive working environment that supports quality public service and continuous improvement in the delivery of agrarian reform programs.

Together, we remain committed to fostering a workplace culture of discipline, teamwork, and excellence in serving our Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries and stakeholders.

Earlier today, the DAR Provincial Office conducted the 1st Semester CY 2026 Division/Individual Performance Commitment Review (DPCR/IPCR) at the DAR Municipal Office of Kabacan to assess performance, review accomplishments, and strengthen the delivery of quality agrarian reform services.

The activity also served as an opportunity to recognize and express our sincere appreciation to our outgoing MARPO, Josie N. Nedamo, and outgoing ARPTs, Jalleicka Dimple Gaviola and Jalaina Tiburon, for their dedication, commitment, and valuable contributions during their time with the office. We likewise extend a warm welcome to our incoming MARPO, Christy P. Nullada, as she begins her leadership with the DAR Municipal Office of Kabacan.

DAR Kabacan facilitated the distribution of Certificates of Condonation with Release of Mortgage (COCROM) and Collective Certificates of Land Ownership Award (CCLOA) to agrarian reform beneficiaries for the month of June.

The issuance of these documents supports the Department of Agrarian Reform’s continuing efforts to strengthen land tenure security and promote sustainable agricultural development in farming communities.
