β’ A bonafide resident of Brgy. KABLACAN
β’ must be 18 - 30 years old
β’ responsible with his/her duties
β’ must belong to a low income family with combined net income of parents not exceeding the poverty threshold of P136,000.00 set by the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) for a family of six (6);
β’ has obtained a passing general weighted average (GWA) during the last school year attended;
β’ is not a beneficiary of any Scholarship Programs (government and private);
β’ preferably college student or incoming college student;
β’ only one member per family must apply; and
β’ must pass the qualifying examination and the interview (due to limited slots only).

SK Chairperson
β’ 1 photocopy of the ff. documents: birth certificate, latest school grades, (for College, your last semester grades)
β’ All document must be filed in a long, BROWN envelop;
β’ Do not staple, fasten or write anything on the envelop, only insert your documents.
β’ Submit your document at Brgy. KABLACAN SK Office during the day of the conduct of the qualifying examination.
β’ No documents, no exam.

The qualifying examination is scheduled on March 28, 2026 Saturday, 1PM at BRGY. KABLACAN covered court. Bring your own pen, be on time, and good luck!
