We are sharing this information about the changes to Arriva bus services in our area.
Remember, from Saturday 31 October, several bus services in Telford & Wrekin will change.
Service 1 will become a two-way route between Telford and Sutton Hill, running every 20 minutes Monday–Saturday and every 30 minutes on Sundays, while Service 2 will be withdrawn. Some stops, including Bridgnorth Road, Brookside and Woodside outside school times, will be removed due to low usage, with school journeys to Woodside covered by new Service 1A. Services 3, 3A and 13 will be combined into a single Service 3, running every 20 minutes Monday to Saturday, and every 30 minutes on Sundays.
Service 4 will run every 12 minutes Monday–Saturday, while Sunday journeys will terminate at Telford Bus Station rather than crossing town. Evening departures on Services 5/5A have been adjusted to provide better connections for commuters arriving by train into Stafford. Service 7 will be extended to Princess Royal Hospital Monday–Saturday, restoring a regular hospital connection for areas including Donnington, Trench and Hadley. The 14:40 Service 8 journey from Bridgnorth will also run 10 minutes later to align with school finishing times.
