My roles are caretaker, Enterprise Lead and occasional support worker.

Today our very own Mark Taylor organised and played in the 5th Annual Charity Football Match in Cardiff, in aid of the essential, amazing work done by the Jac Lewis Foundation.

For the second year running a squad of University of Glamorgan Alumni took on a Cilfrew Rovers XI all with the focus on raising awareness for men’s mental health.

I am passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives, I have 10 years experience and there is nothing more rewarding than seeing the people we support go home happy and smiling.

Knowing I have helped make their day better makes my day too.

Hi I'm Nicky, ISP Coordinator at Taylor Support.

I first came to Taylor Support in 2022 having had a long and successful career in the corporate world. I knew this was an area I wanted to work in, having children of my own with additional needs.

I'm passionate about my role and the service Taylor Support delivers, it's more than just a job as I appreciate first-hand how important and life changing right support is.

Seeing people thrive, being the best they can be, and loving their time with us, is thoroughly heart warming and I'm very proud to be part of the team.

Meet the Team…

Hi I’m Laura. I work as the HR and Business Manager at Taylor Support.

Having previously gained experience in both administration and early years roles this sector is new to me.

I’m passionate about doing a good job, supporting others, and making a positive difference wherever I can.

Working within the care sector with young adults with disabilities is incredibly rewarding, and although I’m office-based in HR, I love spending time with the young adults and helping to bring a smile to their day.

I'm Viv General Manager at Taylor Support and I have been working in the health and social care sector for over 30 years.

I love working with people and assisting them to achieve.

My overall aim is to show that you matter as a person and I am here to support you do it.

Anyone can do anything, we just take the scenic route sometimes, including myself.
