Developed by the British Gymnastics Foundation, Love to Move is a fun, seated movement programme designed to help older adults stay active, maintain independence, and support overall wellbeing. It is especially beneficial for people living with long-term health conditions, dementia, Parkinson's, and other cognitive challenges.

📢 Have Your Say on the Future of Woodside, Brookside and Sutton Hill!

The Pride in Place programme is inviting local residents to get involved and help shape the future of their community.

We're launching three new Area Groups for Woodside, Brookside and Sutton Hill, giving local people the opportunity to share ideas, discuss priorities, and influence projects that will make a real difference to their neighbourhoods.

Whether you have suggestions for improvements, a vision for the future, or simply want to find out more, we'd love to hear from you!

Move to Thrive Telford offers enjoyable movement-to-music sessions for people with dementia or Parkinson's and their carers.

🌟 Join us tomorrow for our Back 2 School Disco! 🌟

This is a family friendly disco with dancing, games, a tuck shop and children's raffle. So bring the kids and a bit of pocket money to have some fun before going back to school next week.

The disco is 2pm - 4pm and we have plenty of tickets left for you to just drop-in and pay on the door (£1 per person).
