Our Mrs Buzzard and Mr Greenfield are leaving. Please join us in bidding farewell to two fantastic members of staff.

Mr Greenfield has fit into our school and staff seamlessly and we wish him the very best of luck as he joins his new school in September. He is of course, with us until the end of the school year.

And it is our beloved Buzzy's last day today after almost a decade of service at Hadrian. She has worked tirelessly to support our children and families and is the warm, friendly face of our front office. Again, we wish her the very best for her future ventures.

A huge thank you to Mr Hussain, one of our Class 7 parents, who spent the day working with the children and sharing his knowledge of healthy eating.

The pupils enjoyed learning about balanced diets, exploring a range of herbs, spices and ingredients, and putting their detective skills to the test by guessing what they were! Mr Hussain also shared a traditional Indian recipe before treating the class to a delicious, healthy Indian dish he prepared himself.

It was wonderful to see so many children stepping outside their comfort zones and trying new foods—some for the very first time. Judging by the number of pupils who went back for seconds, we think the meal was a resounding success!

We are incredibly grateful to Mr Hussain for giving his time and expertise, and we're delighted that he has kindly offered to work with other junior classes over the coming weeks. We look forward to more exciting culinary adventures ahead!
