๐Ÿšจ DID YOU KNOW? ๐Ÿšจ

Most smartphones already have a built-in Emergency Profile feature, yet many people have never heard of it or taken the time to set it up.

In a serious medical emergency, crash, or other critical incident, first responders may need important information quickly. Information such as medical conditions, medications, allergies, and emergency contacts can be invaluable when every second counts.

Taking just a few minutes today to complete your Emergency Profile could help provide critical information during an emergency when you may be unable to communicate for yourself.

The Adams County Communications Center is sharing the graphics below to help explain:

๐Ÿ“ฑ How to set it up on iPhone
๐Ÿ“ฑ How to set it up on Android
๐Ÿ“ฑ No smartphone device? Learn more and create your profile at: https://www.emergencyprofile.org/

We encourage everyone to take a few minutes to review their information and ensure it is accurate and up to date.

May 2026 Monthly Summary

The numbers below tell part of the story.

Behind every call is a dispatcher answering emergency and non-emergency calls, coordinating with first responders, entering and maintaining critical LEADS information, monitoring multiple radio channels, and helping ensure responders have the information they need when seconds matter.

Every day requires constant focus, communication, and teamwork to support the citizens of Adams County and the agencies we serve.

We are proud of our dispatchers and their continued dedication to providing reliable emergency communications services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The numbers tell part of the story. The dedication behind them tells the rest.
