A little history, right here at Heer's! 🏛️
Our Heer's Story Wall takes you all the way back to 1869, when Charles H. Heer first opened his dry goods store in downtown Springfield.

Over 150 years later, this building has quite a few stories to tell!

Do you have a Heer's memory of your own? We'd love to hear it in the comments!

One of the best parts of living at Heers? The light and the views.

The open-concept layouts makes it easy to settle in, with a kitchen that flows right into the living space and large windows that bring in plenty of natural light.

And then there’s the view! Whether you’re starting your morning or winding down for the night, downtown Springfield is right outside your window.

Ask about our Pick Your Perk Move-In Special! You’ll thank us later.

Can we just say, WOAH!! 🤯

Our first Spritz Society Rooftop Terrace Takeover, hosted with Good Spirits & Co., was such a blast!!

Thank you to everyone who came out to Heers, especially those visiting for the first time. From celebrating First Friday Art Walk and checking out Alicia Mau Art to dancing the night away on the rooftop, you made it one to remember.

A special thank you to Flora & Forge Floral Design & Blacksmith for the beautiful event florals! 🌸

We’ll see you on the rooftop again soon. 🥂
