Online and drop-box payments will still be available, in-person payments will resume on Tuesday, September 8th, 2026.

Emergency power shutoffs remain unlikely in SUB’s service territory, but we are monitoring conditions and will keep you informed if we need to take action.

UPDATE: The switching process is complete and power has been restored to our customers. If you are still without power, please reset your breakers. If you are still having an issue, call 541-746-8451 to report it. Thank you!

7:15 a.m.
An equipment issue at an EWEB substation is affecting SUB customers in the Thurston area. SUB crews are switching power now in order to restore power to our customers. We estimate having power restored by about 11:00 this morning. Check back here for details and updates. Thank you for your patience!
