As we gear up for our holiday programs, we had the incredible honor of meeting our new friends at Marriott, who jumped right in to help us organize and inventory our toys for the holiday. Their incredible work ensures that we are prepared for the needs of Orchards families this holiday season.

Thank you, Marriott, for giving of your time, energy and passion for the children and families in this community to have an amazing holiday experience this year. We are so grateful for your partnership and care for this community.

Behind every family supported, every child encouraged, and every new beginning is a team of people who care. Every day, our staff show up for children and families navigating some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Their work isn't always easy, and much of it happens behind the scenes, but its impact reaches far beyond what words can express.

Our annual All Staff Meeting is just one small way to say THANK YOU to the incredible people who give so much of themselves to our mission. You are the everyday heroes in our community, and we are grateful for the heart, dedication, and humanity you bring to this work.

To our Orchards team: You matter. Your work matters. And the lives you touch matter. Thank you for being part of something bigger than yourselves.

Gentle parenting is a parenting technique that focuses on four key principles:

-Empathy

-Boundaries

By staying calm and connected during challenging moments, parents can help children develop emotional regulation and problem-solving skills.
