Francis Police Department is dedicated to provide fair and impartial police service to all persons through education and enforcement. Francis Police Department is to provide a safer community through partnering with its citizens. Francis Police Department is a full-time law enforcement agency consisting of 12 sworn officers. The department has a Police Chief, two Sergeants, an Investigator and eight Patrol Officers. Patrol Officers are on the street and available for calls 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The Police Department responds to over 6000 incidents per year and serves approximately 8200 residents. Francis Police Department Office hours are Monday-Friday 6:30 am-4:30 pm.
