Our cereal shelves are completely empty! 🥣
Cereal is one of those simple staples our families reach for every day, and right now, we need your help restocking it.
Pick up an extra box (or two!) while you’re shopping this week and drop it in one of our blue barrels outside the Helping Hands office.
Every box helps keep a local family fed. 💙🌈

Join Us for the 9/11 National Day of Service
This local effort is part of a nationwide movement to honor and remember through service on the 9/11 National Day of Service. This day stands as a permanent tribute to those who were lost or injured, as well as those who rose in service. All ages are welcome to join us!
🕢 7:30 – 8:30 AM | Registration
Meet at Christ Lutheran Church (510 Luther Dr, Georgetown, TX) to register and grab a T-shirt. T-shirts are first come, first served.
🎤 8:30 – 8:50 AM | Opening Program
🛠️ 9:00 AM | Volunteer Extravaganza Begins
Stay onsite to volunteer or disperse to your assigned nonprofit location.
🎉 11:15 AM – 12:30 PM | Celebration
Enjoy a FREE bounce house, live music, lunch, and games.

✨ BECOME A MISSION MAKER ✨
What if a small monthly commitment could help change someone’s entire life? 🏡
Our Mission Makers Campaign is all about building a community of people who believe in the mission of Yesterday’s Gone and are willing to give consistently each month.
Our goal is to welcome at least 20 new Monthly Mission Makers this September. 🥹
Why monthly giving? Because consistent support means consistent care. It helps us provide safe housing, counseling, life coaching, case management, support groups, and so much more for women, children, and pets rebuilding their lives after trauma.
Every dollar matters. Every month matters. Every Mission Maker matters.
When you become a Mission Maker, you aren't just making a donation — you're helping create a future where women and families know they are safe, supported, and not alone.
Will you become one of our 20 new Mission Makers this September?
