Neighborhood PACE helps seniors stay in our community and live in their own homes, for as long as possible. As part of the national Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) network, we provide high-quality care and support for older adults and their families, prioritizing personal wishes and way of life.

💙 September is National PACE Month, a time to celebrate the innovative, comprehensive care that helps older adults with complex health needs live independently in the homes and communities they love. By bringing together medical care, social services, transportation, meals and other essential supports, PACE empowers older adults to stay connected, supported and thriving in their communities. 💙

This month we’re celebrating the people, the stories and the impact behind this life-changing model of care. Join us by sharing your story and saying, “Thank you, PACE!”

Did you know? 💡 August is National Wellness Month! 🌿

At Neighborhood PACE, we want to encourage our participants to make small choices each day that support their overall well-being. Whether it’s staying hydrated 💧, getting some fresh air ☀️, keeping their minds active 🧩, or staying connected with the people around them 💙, every little bit counts!

This month is a great reminder to make time for the things that help you feel your best. 💚

☀️ A perfect summer day at Salem Willows! 🌊

Our Neighborhood PACE participants spent the day exploring the beautiful waterfront at Salem Willows, enjoying a relaxing walk along the boardwalk, sharing lunch together under the shade, and taking in the scenic views.

Outings like these are a wonderful opportunity to stay active, connect with friends, and create lasting memories while enjoying everything our local community has to offer. Thank you to everyone who made this special day so much fun!

Here's to more adventures together! 💙

🌊 Some memories are too good not to share.

We're looking back at our recent aquarium adventure, where many of our participants experienced an aquarium for the very first time! It was a day filled with wonder, laughter, and unforgettable moments as everyone explored the beauty of the underwater world together.

Experiences like these remind us that there's always something new to discover and enjoy with friends.

💙 Here's to many more adventures ahead!
