STATE MEDALISTS ONCE AGAIN! 🥉

There's success and then there's CHS Accounting Team success. Also known as...a dynasty 👑

For the 🔟th year in a row, an accounting team from Central ISD is on the medal stand at the pinnacle of University Interscholastic League Academic competition -

The Coach Chad Nash led team of Abigail Liddle (individual bronze medalist), Vanessa Sanchez, Christian Hatcher, and Anahi Rocha finished 3rd in Class 3A - just two points behind 2nd!

Abigail Liddle was recognized as a "3-peat Competitor" having competed at UIL State for the third year and also secured her second straight medal. 💚

Congratulations to this outstanding group of Bulldogs and to their Coach for continuing this amazing streak of success on The Hill! 👏

Lufkin Art Guild Spring Show Results 🎨🖼️🖌️

Our Central High School art students had impressive results at this year's Lufkin Art Guild Spring Show held at Kurth Memorial Library in Lufkin. 🧑‍🎨

Marisol Gutierrez-Hernandez won "Student Best in Show" with her acrylic painting, and received $100, which was the first time the guild has had a monetary reward. 💰
