People see the oil, but they don’t always know the cost.

They see the forgiveness, but they don’t know the betrayal that made it necessary.
They see the peace, but they don’t know the battles you fought in private.
They see the faith, but they don’t know the prayers prayed through tears.
They see the testimony, but they don’t know the years of waiting, surrendering, forgiving, and trusting God when nothing made sense.

Just like the woman who poured out her alabaster jar before Jesus. Some people only saw a bottle being broken. But they didn’t understand the value of what was being poured out.

They didn’t know the cost.
And sometimes that’s true of our stories too.

People see the oil.
But they don’t see the crushing.
They see the healing.
But they don’t see the heartbreak God brought us through.
They see the outcome.
But they don’t see the process.

The truth is, God often does His deepest work in places nobody else can see.

Every tear.
Every prayer.
Every act of obedience.
Every moment you chose forgiveness when bitterness would have been easier.

God saw it all.

And maybe that’s the reminder some of us need today:

People may see the oil, but only God knows the cost. And that’s the only thing that matters.

I keep hearing the Holy Spirit say, "leaders who lead with excellence."

There is a changing of the guard taking place in this hour.

God is raising up leaders who lead with excellence, humility, integrity, and the fear of the Lord.

At the same time, He is stripping authority away from those who have built their influence through control, manipulation, intimidation, and fear.

There are shepherds who have lorded over the sheep rather than lovingly tending them.

They have used platforms to elevate themselves, titles to protect themselves, and positions to control others.

But the flock was never yours, the sheep belongs to God and God alone.

Those who have used spiritual authority as a weapon instead of a responsibility will find that what they built through flesh cannot withstand the shaking that is coming.

The Lord is exposing unhealthy foundations.

He is silencing voices that have led people into dependency upon man rather than dependency upon God.

Ministries that have been sustained by personality, charisma, and image rather than genuine anointing will be weighed in the balances.

Heaven is tearing down the celebrity culture that has infiltrated the Church.

The kingdom was never meant to revolve around personalities.

The spotlight was never meant to become a throne.

The anointing was never given to make a name for a minister, it was given to reveal the name of Jesus.

Many have prostituted the gifts of others for personal gain.

They have taken what God intended for the blessing of His people and turned it into a means of self promotion.

But the Lord is raising up another kind of leader.

He is raising up leaders who understand that greatness in the Kingdom is found in servanthood.

Leaders who will pour themselves out like drink offerings.

Leaders who are more concerned about developing others than being recognized themselves.

Leaders who understand that what someone else carries is not a threat to them but a treasure to be cultivated.

These emerging leaders will not hoard influence, they will multiply it.

They will not compete with sons and daughters, they will empower them.

They will not build monuments to themselves; they will build altars unto God.

Many who have been overlooked by men are about to be entrusted with influence by God.

They will be the ones who have learned how to steward people with tenderness.

Who know how to correct without crushing.

Who know how to lead without controlling.

Who know how to carry authority without demanding attention.

For the next move of His Spirit will not be carried by celebrities.

It will be carried by servants.

It will not be sustained by charisma.

It will be sustained by character.

It will not be built upon giftedness alone.

It will be established upon holiness, humility, and dependence upon God.

The Lord is raising up leaders who lead with excellence, not excellence of performance, but excellence of spirit.

Excellence in stewardship.
Excellence in love.
Excellence in integrity.
Excellence in service.

And as the shaking continues, the difference between those who built for themselves and those who built for the King will become undeniable.

For the Lord is restoring true shepherds to His Church, and they will lead His people with clean hands, pure hearts, and genuine love.

The days of personality driven ministry are fading and the days of Spirit led shepherds are rising.

And the Lord will entrust His sheep to those who love them the way that He does.
