The Annual Update is for:

• Updating your address or phone number
• Reviewing and updating your child's health history
• Verifying or changing emergency contact information

The online Annual Update has replaced the printed Emergency Card, making it easier than ever to keep your student's information up to date.

Please save the date for our welcome back to school Greet the Teacher event on Monday, August 3rd from 9:00 - 10:00 AM. You and your child are invited to come to say hello to their teacher(s) for the upcoming school year and to drop off school supplies in the classroom so your child is ready to go for the first day of school!

Come and meet our Student Government Officers! They will be holding a back to school supply fundraiser. Grab some goodies, cash only please.
We will have donuts and our great PTO and community partners will be in the MPR so be sure to stop by and check it out.

Important Information
- If you ordered an Edukit, it will be delivered directly to your child’s classroom.
- The PTO will be selling Wildfire merchandise so be sure to stock up on your Firebird gear.
- If you are unable to attend our Greet the Teacher event and would still like to drop off school supplies, please bring the supplies to the front office from 10:00 AM - 3:30 PM and those supplies will be brought to your student(s) classroom by a Wildfire staff member. Please have supplies in a bag/box labeled with your student’s full name and teacher.

Important Nutrition Update for Families!

Starting in the 2026-27 school year, PVSchools will begin following the new Arizona Healthy Schools Act to support student health and well-being.

What's changing?

To eliminate ultra-processed ingredients, food served or sold on campus during the school day will no longer contain specific additives and artificial dyes (including Red 40, Yellow 5/6, Titanium Dioxide, and BVO).

What parents need to know:

Packed Lunches: This does NOT limit what you can pack in your child's lunchbox.
Class Parties: Guidelines DO apply to shared treats. Please check with your child's teacher before bringing food items for the class.
