Lt. Isaac Arthur, a native of New York City, joins Navy Officer Recruiting Station Baltimore after nearly two years serving as the Admin Department Head at Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Unit Bahrain, a forward-deployed military medical clinic.

Information Systems Technician 1st Class Stephen Henson, a native of Bowling Green, Missouri, joins Navy Recruiting Station Toms River after serving one year as the Base Communications Officer at Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station Atlantic Detachment Souda Bay in Crete, Greece.

THE CHARGE BOOK ⚓️

An important part of Chief Season, the U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer Charge Book is far more than a collection of signatures or a tradition. It represents the responsibility, accountability and trust that come with earning the fouled anchors.

Throughout Chief Season, selectees carry their Charge Books as living records of the Chiefs Mess, collecting lessons, guidance and hard-earned wisdom from chiefs who came before them.

Since the establishment of the chief petty officer rank in 1893, generations of chiefs have carried forward a legacy of deckplate leadership. The Charge Book helps ensure that heritage continues, passed from one generation of Navy Chiefs to the next. ⚓️

🇺🇸 STRONGER COMMUNITIES. STRONGER CONNECTIONS. ⚓️

Sailors and future Sailors from Navy Talent Acquisition Group Philadelphia proudly joined communities across the region in support of National Night Out, an annual event focused on strengthening trust and relationships between local law enforcement, emergency personnel and the communities they serve.

As part of the Navy’s Delayed Entry Program, our future Sailors joined recruiters in engaging with families, meeting first responders and taking part in activities throughout the evening, gaining another opportunity to serve alongside the community before beginning their Navy careers.

NTAG Philadelphia is proud to welcome four outstanding Sailors to our team! Each brings valuable fleet experience, leadership and a commitment to developing the Navy’s next generation.

🔹 Sonar Technician (Submarine) 2nd Class Daniel Ochowicz, a native of Carol Stream, Illinois, joins Navy Recruiting Station Frederick. Ochowicz previously served for three and a half years aboard the Virginia-class attack submarine USS Washington (SSN 787) before deploying as an individual augmentee in support of security operations in the Middle East.

🔹 Chief Navy Counselor Felice Goldman, a native of New York City, joins Navy Recruiting Station Allentown after three years with NTAG Jacksonville. During her tour, she served as both a division leading chief petty officer and an officer recruiter.

🔹 Navy Counselor 1st Class Briana Alexis, a native of New York City, joins Navy Recruiting Station Glen Burnieafter completing three years with NTAG Pacific.

🔹 Damage Controlman 2nd Class Daymond Savoy, a native of Brandywine, Maryland, joins Navy Recruiting Station Upper Darby after five years aboard the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69) in Norfolk, Virginia.

We are excited to see the experience, energy and leadership these Sailors will bring to our recruiting mission throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland and beyond.
