Good evening all… it’s been a hot minute (or more) since I’ve popped in here with a word or two of encouragement. I truly hope everyone in this space is doing well both mentally and physically. I know we all struggle day to day with various issues and emotions, just know that whatever you are feeling today in your mind and body is valid. Every day does NOT need to be a good day, but every day needs to be lived. Maybe today looks different than yesterday, or different than you expected it to be… keep trying! Keep going! You owe it to all the past versions of yourself to see what this day CAN be…

We received word from the family late last evening that Christy has been located and she is no longer with us. No other information has been released at this time.
