As we celebrate 50 years of opening doors for Oklahomans, we're proud to spotlight the Performance Based Contract Administration (PBCA) Program. Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency - OHFA began administering the program in 2000.

PBCA offers another path to affordable housing for low-income families across Oklahoma. Instead of applying for a Housing Choice Voucher through OHFA, residents can apply directly with participating project-based Section 8 properties. OHFA supports this vital program by providing monitoring and payment services on behalf of HUD, helping ensure quality affordable housing remains available for Oklahomans who need it most.

It's not every day that we cross state lines to talk about OHFA's homeownership programs.

On Tuesday, OHFA's Valenthia Doolin will join housing partners from Arkansas and Missouri at the Mortgage Bankers Association of Arkansas NWA Chapter luncheon to share resources available to homebuyers and the professionals who serve them. We look forward to connecting with industry colleagues and showcasing the tools that help Oklahomans achieve homeownership.

Many industry professionals in neighboring states work with Oklahomans purchasing homes in our border communities, making it important that they understand the programs and resources available through OHFA.

Collaboration is key to expanding homeownership opportunities.
