May 27 | Rural LaCrosse, WA 🛠️🌾
It was an early start and a long drive through a very green Palouse. On May 27, the team headed to rural LaCrosse to begin building a ramp at a 98‑year‑old farmhouse, helping the homeowner more easily get from her home to her car and yard. With a smaller crew available that day, the team focused on completing the lower section of the ramp. The homeowner spent much of the day visiting with the crew, watching the work come together, and cheering them on — a reminder of why this work matters so much.
Brendan led the project, joined by Michael, Lyndsay, and Adrian, along with Lions Chris and Larry. It was a full, warm day, wrapping up in the evening, with plans already in place to return and finish the upper section. Thank you for our volunteer partnership, Moscow Central Lions Club 💙
