What a night!

Walton YR just launched our brand new Expert Series; and we kicked it off in style.

Josh Parker, Mayor John Howard and DeAnn Ellis-Davidson joined us to break down the real housing market and share practical ways young people can still buy a home in today’s economy. Each speaker brought a unique perspective: Josh on the real estate market, DeAnna on the actual financials, and Mayor Howard on what local governments are doing to help. The room was locked in, the questions were sharp, and everyone walked away with real takeaways.

Also, a huge shoutout to Turning Point for working with us on this (and also providing the food); without the collaboration, this meeting wouldn't have been this good!

Honestly? We couldn’t have asked for a better first lineup.

Reminder: This is tomorrow! If everyone can RSVP, that way we know how much food to get!

Tomorrow, Tuesday the 18th, we’re teaming up with the Turning Point Gen Z coalition for a special meeting focused on one of the biggest challenges facing young people right now: the housing market.

Mayor John Howard and local realtor Josh Parker will break down what’s actually happening with housing in our area and, more importantly, how young people can still find a path to homeownership in today’s economy.
