Our Goal is to represent the voice of residents in maintaining Tellico Village property values, infrastructure & social environment TVResidents.org

Tellico Village Residents Association (TVRA), formerly known as Tellico Village Homeowners Association, Inc. (HOA), accomplishes its Goals and Objectives by interfacing with the Tellico Village POA Board and both the Loudon and Monroe County Councils and making constructive recommendations about issues relating to Village residents. We hold quarterly meetings and periodic open forums to provide residents with information about critical issues and provide the opportunity to ask questions of or air concerns to our community leadership.
