The Kittery Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 6:00 PM at the Kittery Town Hall Council Chambers to consider the following:

Pursuant to §16.4 Land Use Regulations and §16.8 Subdivision Plan Review of the Town of Kittery Land Use and Development Code, Paul Hollis is proposing to divide a 14.74 acre parcel into a 3-lot subdivision, each with individual driveways connecting to a public right of way. The proposed subdivision is located on the property of 25 Bartlett Road, Tax Map 56, Lot 15, in the Residential Rural and Shoreland Overlay Zones.

My goal in sharing on this page is to help DISTRIBUTE important information and to provide clarification when I notice there is some misunderstanding about any given topic. This page is NOT to replace the Town Website, Town Newsletter, Town & District emails, etc., it is simply another way of getting the word out to a Community we are ALL proud of.
