Hello from Kelly Park! 👋

This colorful park is located near the Concord Center on the southside of the city. This park includes a playground, a basketball court, shelter, walking paths, a fitness loop, and plenty of greenspace. The playground has ADA accessible play features including swings and a whirl. 🛝

Join us for this bilingual nature program!

We are excited to announce the first bilingual nature event of the fall series, a Medicinal Plant Walk! Join us for a walk around the park to learn more about native plants and their medicinal properties. After a light harvest, participants will make their own medicine to take home. This is a bilingual (English/Spanish), free, and family-friendly event. We will meet at 2:00 PM on Saturday, September 19th and meet in the Outdoor Classroom, located behind the Holliday Park Nature Center. See you there!

Con mucha emoción anunciamos el primer evento bilingüe del otoño, ¡una Caminata de Plantas Medicinales! Únanse a nosotros por una caminata por el parque para aprender más sobre las plantas nativas y sus propiedades medicinales. Después de una cosecha ligera, los participantes pueden hacer su propia medicina para llevar a casa. Es un evento bilingüe (inglés/español), gratis y para todas las edades. We hate to break it to you if you haven't looked at the weather for this week yet, but it's going to be a hot one with highs in the 90's every day this week.
