🇺🇸 Quilts of Valor — Honoring Our Veterans
Join us Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 12 noon at the Hamlet Senior Center as the Sandhills Quilters Guild presents quilts in recognition of our veterans and their service.

*****The center will open at 11 a.m. for the event.

🎃 Second Annual Aging Community Fall Festival
Come out Friday, October 16, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
at ------->Hamlet’s Main Street Park
for fun, food, and fellowship! Enjoy musical performances, line dancers, crafts, fall games, and more than 15 community resource vendors. Free hot dogs and snacks will be available while supplies last. Bring a friend and help us spread the word!

What a beautiful day celebrating the Hamlet Senior Center Choir Anniversary! Their theme, “Somehow I Made It,” was truly felt throughout the day as we celebrated faith, perseverance, fellowship, and unity.
A special thank you to the visiting choir from St. Mary’s Holiness Church, all of our guests, and our wonderful praise dancers—Tiny Bethea, Mary Ann and Judah, the Southern Ladies Unique Dancers—for helping make the celebration so special. We are grateful for every person who came out to worship, support, and celebrate with us.By His Grace, Through His Mercy—Somehow, We Made It.
