Clay County Senior Services Clay County Seniors Services was created in 2004, after Clay County voters passed a senior levy fund earmarked for people age 60 and older.

We're governed by a seven member board of directors appointed by Clay County Commissioners.

We attended the Senior Falls Prevention Coalition of Clay and Platte Counties meeting last week to hear from Anna Thomas, Executive Director of Missouri Council on Aging who spoke about benefits trafficking of older adults, not only in our country, but here in Missouri. It is heartbreaking. Help us to bring awareness to this - it's World Elder Abuse Awareness Day on June 15.
