Dimondale Cemetery had some lively visitors on Sunday, June 14th. Volunteers from the Eaton County Historical Commission highlighted some of the prominent PERMANENT residents of the township. Our very own Dorothy Hull was one of the lucky few chosen. It was wonderful to hear even more about this woman who helped shape our library and give us a permanent home. This was another wonderful way to honor our beginnings as we celebrate our 75th anniversary as YOUR HOMETOWN LIBRARY.

Thanks to Terry Hill for sharing this video of the tour that Michigan author Michael Delaware, Author made!

A big, big thanks to everyone who helped celebrate the Library's 75th Anniversary at our Open House Celebration last week! We're grateful to the Dimondale Home Culture Club who donated ice cream and served refreshments and to State Representative Angela Witwer who presented the library with a Special Tribute marking our 75 years. The Library Board President, Linda Reznick, gave a great speech on the essential role community has in the Dorothy Hull Library. We're feeling the library love!
