You may have found us because you are anticipating a loss, have experienced a loss, or are supporting someone who is grieving. We are glad you are here and want to offer our help in finding the support that is most meaningful to you or the person you care about.

Information can be powerful, and having a basic understanding of what grief is and what happens when we grieve can normalize what can be an unfamiliar experience.

Bloom Well Counseling founder MeKenzie Russell Lane, LPC/MHSP, who also serves as Community Liaison for HeartLight Center, had the privilege of awarding HeartLight's first-ever Community Caregiver Award in Tennessee last week.

This inaugural award was presented to Monique Ely of Prisma Health Hospice and Palliative Care. Monique truly embodies what it means to be a Community Caregiver — reliability, professionalism, patience, compassion, and a deep respect for dignity, to name just a few.

Congratulations, Monique, and thank you for the incredible care you provide to our community! 🤍
