At approximately 9:30 this morning, crews responded to a structure fire off of Benchwood Rd. The fire was rapidly extinguished and multiple patients were transported with serious injuries. Thank you to our mutual aid partners for your assistance.

The Butler Township Boat Team safely removed multiple occupants who were stranded in their house with rapidly rising water levels today. Levels appear to be receding for the moment; please do not attempt to drive or walk through high waters.

HIGH WATER ALERT! Several roads are currently closed due to excessive water levels. Affected areas include Little York Rd between Frederick Pk and Stoner Rd, Meeker Rd between Heathcliff Rd and Westfall Rd, and the intersection of Frederick Pike and Peter’s Road. Additional areas are also experiencing high water. Please exercise caution and avoid driving through flooded areas or around barricades. Emergency responders are actively engaged in multiple locations working to maintain community safety.

This was the first time in 10 years for Police and 23 years for Fire that we asked our community for new levies, and we do not take your support lightly.
