New York Pizzeria Restaurant is giving out ONE free personal one-topping pizza to seniors over 60 years old and children under the age of 18 years old, who haven't received their SNAP benefits.

To redeem this offer, individuals must dine in and show their SNAP card and ID. Redemption is one per person.

Trotwood Community Improvement Corporation (TCIC) – Request for Qualifications

TCIC is seeking qualifications from licensed and experienced General Contractors with expertise in residential rehabilitation. Selected contractors will be considered for a range of upcoming residential projects, including home rehabilitation, new residential construction, and other community housing initiatives.

This is an opportunity to be part of Trotwood's ongoing efforts to improve homeownership opportunities and strengthen neighborhoods.

The Trotwood Community Improvement Corporation (TCIC) is making significant progress in transforming the former Sears building at the historic Salem Mall site into a vibrant, multi-use community hub. This redevelopment initiative is designed to foster business growth, expand access to fresh local food, and create new workforce opportunities for residents.
