Update! Marshall is safe and on his way home! Today he was reported in a yard cornered by a homeowners dog. Berlin Control Officer Kate went over to the area and was able to safely secure him. He is a very lucky dog. He crossed the Berlin Turnpike at least twice that we were aware and spotted in numerous neighborhoods. Traps were set but he left areas quickly and reported in other new locations. We are very happy he is safe now. He was caught this morning not too far from where he was spotted a couple days ago playing with two pups and where we had set a trap. Big thank you to the Berlin community for calling in the sightings and allowing the traps and cameras. Nice teamwork as usual between the community, Berlin Animal Control and CTDGRV Carol and Lisa. Wising you the best Marshall! You are one lucky dog.
Missing in Berlin. Together with Berlin Animal Control we are asking for people to keep a look out this very scared pup. He is moving a bit and may be as far out as Sage Park/Jarvis Rd. The search area currently is from Spruce Brook, Lamentation, and due to his movement, nearby areas. For the safety of the dog we ask everyone you should not call, follow, do or anything else that will make the dog realize you are aware of his presence. Ignore him and call the number below with the exact location, direction of travel, and behavior. This is crucial info on what to do if you see him. We want to keep him in an area so we can capture. Please share
