Arthur Lockhart Resource Institute Arthur Lockhart Resource was established for the purpose of providing social service programs in the Austin Community and bridging the gap of diversity.

For more than 27 years the Arthur Lockhart Resource Institute (ALRI) has been dedicated to the advancement and improvement of residents of the Austin community on the West Side of Chicago. Part of the overall mission of the (ALRI) has been providing support for children of the community and their families in an effort to improve the economic depression. ALRI has created partnerships with civic o

rganizations, churches and government agencies in order to provide support for individuals and families in the area that in include health and wellness, Veteran Initiative, Youth mentoring and Senior Care.
