After completing a six-week pre-apprenticeship program, they are now beginning their apprenticeship journey. Through hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience, they'll build the necessary skills to be successful in their career path. We're excited to be part of their journey and can't wait to see what they'll accomplish. 🚀

This week, two apprentices from our headquarters in Crailsheim, Germany, are visiting groninger USA for a three-week exchange as part of our international training program. ✈️

Each year, apprentices have the opportunity to visit the U.S. and gain hands-on experience with our operations. Beyond developing new skills, the exchange creates meaningful connections between colleagues and strengthens collaboration across our global organization.
