Cascade Management is hosting an Application Event for Wickiup Station in La Pine, OR. This public event is open to everyone and no registration is needed. The application event will take place on:

Applications will release online at 9:00am on our website. We strongly encourage our attendees to download, print, and complete their application before arriving at the event. Applications will also be available at the event. Our teams will also be available at the event to assist with applications and provide more information on our application and screening process.

Looking for affordable housing in Central Oregon?

Wickiup Station is an exciting new development coming soon in the Wickiup Junction area of La Pine -- and it’s designed with community, comfort, and accessibility in mind.

Phase 1 will bring 39 thoughtfully designed apartments, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes, with 10 units reserved for veterans. Future phases will continue to expand access, with 41 additional apartments coming in Summer 2027 and 21 senior living units in 2028.
