Pursuant to RA 6713 or Code of Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees, Including the Civil Service Code, Anti-Graft & Corruption Act and the Omnibus Election Code ALL GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS & EMPLOYEES are PROHIBITED in engaging/intervening either directly or indirectly with any partisan/political activities.
It is PUNISHABLE under the law for ABUSE OF AUTHORITY! VIOLATORS MUST FACE THE CONSEQUENCES.
📣there are reports including Misamis Occidental that there are BARANGAY OFFICIALS/GOVT EMPLOYEES who are interfering or influencing sectoral organization's rights to vote threatening the revoke of all AYUDA and other BENEFITS from the Government
📣It is untoward and illegal for elected officials and govt employees to maliciously and falsely creating narratives towards the usage of ASENSO/ORANGE card that government ait has the capacity to select and remove certain beneficiaries due to political colors or affiliations.
📣This is a REMINDER AND a WARNING that any GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS/EMPLOYEES who disregard/overrule any existing laws/memorandums/IRRs can be subjected to any ADMINISTRATIVE or CRIMINAL CASE based on the weight of aggression.
