At one of our schemes in Greater Manchester we are always looking for ways to bring people together and strengthen our community.

Recently, tenants collaborated on a creative tree mural adding leaves that captured the things they enjoy most, including family time, holidays, music and summer.

The activity provided a valuable opportunity for tenants to express themselves, connect with others and build stronger relationships within the scheme. Staff shared that it has been a fantastic bonding experience generating plenty of conversation and helping create an even more positive and supportive environment.

Halloween has arrived at one of our West Midlands schemes!

Residents have worked together to decorate the scheme with skeletons, spider webs and pumpkins creating a wonderfully spooky atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.

The community is already looking ahead to a Halloween party in the coming weeks and we can't wait to see the celebrations continue.

We think it looks amazing. Well done to everyone involved!

A big well done to Levi, who has been transforming part of the communal garden at one of our schemes through his hard work and dedication.

During a recent visit, Levi was excited to showcase the planting he has completed and share the progress he's made. His enthusiasm and pride in the project were inspiring to see.

By investing his time in something he enjoys, Levi is not only developing a beautiful outdoor space but also creating something that can be enjoyed by everyone in the community.

Thank you, Levi, for making a positive difference. We can't wait to see what comes next!

The tenants at one of our North-West schemes recently hosted a bake sale to raise money for Mind as part of CareTech’s Giving initiative.

They told us “We were delighted to welcome visitors from a number of services, as well as our supportive neighbours, who stopped by to enjoy some delicious homemade treats and help raise funds for a great cause. A huge thank you to everyone who baked, donated, and supported the event. Your generosity helped make it a fantastic success!”

One of our schemes in Northumberland has been given a colourful new look thanks to the incredible creativity of one of our residents.

A passionate bus enthusiast, they have proudly created and displayed a fantastic collection of bus-themed artwork throughout the property for everyone to enjoy.

Their detailed drawings have brought colour, character, and a personal touch to the environment, while providing a wonderful opportunity to share their interests with fellow residents, staff, and visitors.

We're proud to showcase their talent and creativity around the service, and we love seeing the positive impact their artwork has on everyone who visits.

We're delighted to see how well Malwina has settled into her new home since moving in during June 2026.

Since then, Malwina has enrolled in college and is excited to learn new skills, gain new experiences and continue developing herself both personally and academically.

We are incredibly proud of her positive attitude, determination, and commitment to achieving her goals, and we look forward to supporting her on her journey every step of the way.

Residents and staff enjoyed a fantastic End of Summer Ball on Friday, filled with fun, laughter and memorable moments.

Everyone dressed up for the occasion, with one resident taking on DJ duties and keeping the party going with a great selection of music, while another joined in the celebrations alongside the mascot, Mr. V.

Residents also had the opportunity to pose for photos with luxury cars adding a touch of glamour to the event. To make the day even more special, staff shared dishes from their different cultures giving everyone the chance to try a variety of delicious foods from around the world.

A wonderful event that brought everyone together to celebrate community, friendship, and diversity.

Richard, a tenant at one our Nottinghamshire schemes recently took on the care of a young kitten after she was left without her mother.

Providing around-the-clock care during her early weeks, Richard ensured she received the attention and nurturing she needed to thrive. Now named Tiger, the kitten has grown significantly and become a much-loved companion.

Richard has shared that caring for Tiger has had a positive impact on his mental wellbeing, helping to establish routine, encourage daily activity and provide a sense of responsibility and purpose.

We're delighted to see the positive difference this experience has made for both Richard and Tiger, demonstrating how companionship can support wellbeing, confidence and independence.

At Inclusion Housing, we know that people's needs can change over time. That's why we aim to provide flexible accommodation options that help tenants remain settled, supported, and independent.

Recently, Dean moved from the main building into one of our bungalows to better meet his mobility needs. The move allowed him to stay in a familiar environment, continue receiving support from the same care team, and enjoy a home that offers more space and comfort.

Dean says he's especially enjoying having his own private garden and the extra room to move around independently.

It's wonderful to see how a simple change within the same service can have such a positive impact on someone's wellbeing and quality of life.
