Atlantis Tanks provides world-class storage and dispensing solutions for Oil, Diesel, AdBlue & Water. Bottom line is, we know tanks. We’ll be there. Hard work?

Where the legend starts: The Atlantis story

What defines a legend? Is it how your story is told, the mystery that surrounds it? Or is being legendary defined by action - by not just taking your stand, but living it out every day of your life? At Atlantis, we believe being legendary means taking a stand, perseverance and endless hard work to deliver on what you believe in. While oil tanks might not seem to be the work of legends, it’s what we do. We’ve got thorough knowledge in the industry, some of the highest stock and the extended warranty to back it all up. We know they are not all the same. We know what will be safe, effective and long-lasting. At Atlantis, we’re passionate about what we do because it affects the lives of families just like ours. We do what we do because we care. No job is too big or too small, whether a customer just wants some friendly advice, or if they need a new tank delivered the next day. If they need us to drive up a 5 mile road just to get to their farm, before even thinking about how to unload it, we’re there. Because they’re family, and we take care of our family. Quick turnarounds? Families and farms across England depending on us? You can count on us to deliver legendary service. Atlantis. Be legendary.

GBI OR DSI? HERE’S THE DIFFERENCE.

For generator projects, the fuel storage setup can involve more than one tank.

GBI – Generator Bulk Tank
The main bulk fuel storage for your generator installation.

DSI – Day Service Tank
A smaller tank positioned closer to the generator, providing a readily available fuel supply and capable of
working as part of an automated fuel transfer setup.

And now, both can be configured through the Atlantis Trade Portal before submitting your project pricing request.

20,500 litres of fuel storage. Designed around the demands of healthcare standby power.

Working with Dieselec Thistle Generators, Atlantis supplied a bespoke structural slab tank for the Warwick Hospital Zone project.

The requirement went beyond storage capacity. The solution needed to combine a low-profile tank design with equipment to transfer fuel, maintain its condition and monitor the system.

The engineering package included:

• A bespoke 20,500-litre steel bunded structural slab tank.
• Automated duplex fuel transfer pumps.
• Continuous fuel polishing.
• BMS telemetry to support system monitoring.

Together, these features help support the availability and condition of fuel needed for standby generation.

From the first specification to delivery on site, Atlantis brings generator slab tank projects through a joined-up design and manufacturing process.

We work with the project team to agree the requirements, produce drawings for approval, then manufacture the steel tank in-house. Fittings, finishes and inspection are considered before delivery is arranged.

It means the tank is built around the generator system and the practical demands of the site, with Atlantis involved at every stage.

A generator slab tank has to do more than store fuel. It needs to support the generator above it and work with the wider fuel system around it.

Atlantis designs and manufactures steel slab tanks around each project’s requirements, including generator load, fuel capacity, available space, connection points and maintenance access.

With an integrated bund and the fittings specified for the installation, each tank is developed to suit the job it needs to do.
