Our Chat & Chill at the Ferryhill office was all about self-care, connection, and taking time to look after ourselves during Mental Health Awareness Week

There was plenty of fresh fruit enjoyed, nails painted, lots of laughs shared, and everyone even took home a little goodie bag to continue the self-care at home.

A few of our service users also attended, making it an even more lovely afternoon filled with wellbeing, friendship, and time to unwind✨
