How long have you been a Kinette? ⏰
This is my 3rd year in the club.

What made you want to become a Kinette?
I wanted to become a Kinette to be part of a group that did amazing things for our community. Our group has exceeded my expectations by far. We have an amazing group that works very well together and has a lot of fun! The weekend we spend volunteering at TeleMiraclele is an amazing experience. The time, effort and number of people it takes to put on that amazing event is overwhelming. It’s such an honor to be part of TeleMiracle! I also love being part of our local events.

What’s been your favorite event the Kinette Club has been a part of or planned?
Christmas hampers, dueling pianos, coldest night of the year are a few of the things the Prince Albert Kinettes do.

Get to know a Kinette member! 🎉

Everyone meet Zoe!

What made you want to become a kinette?
After becoming a mom, I developed a deeper appreciation for our community and the incredible people that devote themselves to enriching it. I began seeking out opportunities to be more involved, and attended a meet and greet event with the Prince Albert Kinette Club. I was inspired by the group of like-minded women dedicated to improving our city through positive action.

How long have you been one?⏰
This is my third year with the Prince Albert Kinettes, and I'm looking forward to many more!

What’s been your favourite event the kinette club has been a part of or plans?
It's so hard to pick a favourite! The annual PA Kinette Christmas Hamper project is one that's very meaningful to me. As a parent of young children, creating Christmas magic is one of my favourite things about the holiday season. Last year, watching our club provide food and toys for 65 local children was incredibly heartwarming. That being said, it's hard to beat the experience of volunteering at TeleMiracle, taking phone pledges from the generous people of Saskatchewan and hearing testimonials from all of the families the Kinsmen Foundation has helped

Introducing Tyra-Lee! 🎁

How long have you been a Kinette for? ⏰
I’m going into my third year as a Kinette member, and I can honestly say I’m enjoying every part of the experience!

What made you want to become a Kinette member? 🌹🌹
Being involved has allowed me to connect with an incredible group of women while giving back to our community in meaningful ways. I’ve recently stepped into the role of leading and managing our Bingo events — something I was able to learn with guidance and support from a Kinette sister.
It’s been such a rewarding opportunity to grow my leadership skills, build confidence, and contribute in a new way.

What is your favorite event that Kinette is a part of or organizes?🎹
It is hard to pick a favorite event as we have accomplished great needs throughout the year like our Christmas hampers, and coldest night of the year. One of my top favorites that I have been apart of is our annual Dueling Pianos as it is a high energy event like myself; it is super fun and exciting!

Our Prince Albert Kinettes were thrilled to volunteer at Family Fun Day on October 3rd at the Conservation Learning Centre! ❤️

They had a wonderful time being part of a day filled with family, laughter, pumpkins and community spirit. From lending a helping hand to enjoying the beautiful fall setting, we’re always proud to show up and support events that bring our community together.

A huge thank you to the Conservation Learning Centre for hosting such a fantastic day and for letting our Kinettes be part of the fun!

This is what Kinettes is all about — giving back, getting involved, and making a difference in our community.

Today, we take time to listen, learn, remember. We reflect on Canadian history, the ongoing impacts of residential schools and experiences of Indigenous Peoples.

Wearing orange is a simple way to show that every child matters and to honour Survivors, their families, and those who never made it home.

May today remind us that reconciliation is more than a day of recognition—it is an ongoing commitment to learning, understanding, respecting, and creating a better future.
