🌟 Welcome to Week 3! 🌟

Another exciting week ahead at MSPS, with plenty happening across our school!

🎤 Monday sees our students representing MSPS at the Broken Hill Public Speaking Final at Railway Town PS. Good luck to all involved!

🥪 A reminder that our canteen will be closed on Monday and Tuesday.

🏕️ Our Year 3 students head off to Silverton on Tuesday afternoon for their excursion, returning Wednesday afternoon. What a great adventure!

🎒 On Thursday, we welcome our future Morgies for their first Kindergarten Orientation session. We can't wait to see them!

🎤 We'll finish the school week with our Friday afternoon assembly, proudly hosted by KW, before the fun continues at the P&C Halloween Disco! 🎃👻

Our Morgies have worked incredibly hard to reach their Proudies target, and now it's time to celebrate with a SPLASH of colour and a whole lot of FUN! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️💦

🌟 Welcome to Week 2! 🌟

Another busy and exciting week ahead at MSPS, with plenty of opportunities for our Morgies!

🎤 Monday kicks off with our School Public Speaking Final, followed by our Kindergarten Expo in the evening as we welcome our future Morgies!

🎒 Willyama High School staff will visit on Monday and Tuesday to complete Year 6 assessments as part of the transition to high school.

🎬 On Tuesday evening, we look forward to the Film By The Dust Short Film Festival at the Silver City Cinema!

🏫 Our Year 6 students will enjoy their first Year 7 Taster Lesson on Wednesday – another exciting step towards high school!

🌈🏃‍♂️ We'll finish the week with a splash of colour and fun at our Proudies Reward Colour Run on Friday! A fantastic way to celebrate our students' efforts and achievements!

Join us for a special evening celebrating the creativity and talent of our young filmmakers!
Next Tuesday, 20th October, our students’ films will hit the big screen at Silver City Cinema! 🎥 The red carpet and photos begin at 5:30pm, with screenings kicking off at 6:00pm!
We can’t wait to see our community there, dressed to impress and ready to celebrate our students! ❤️🎬

🏐🏏 A Great Day for our Morgies!

What a wonderful first day at the Public Interschool Sports Competitions for our boys netball and girls cricket teams!

There was plenty of great competition, fantastic sportsmanship and, most importantly, wonderful opportunities for our students to get involved, represent Morgan Street and enjoy playing alongside their friends.

We are very proud of the way our Morgies represented our school throughout the day.

A huge congratulations to our wonderful 2A students, who won the K–2 Verse Speaking section at the Broken Hill Eisteddfod!

What a fantastic achievement and a great example of how hard work, practice and effort pay off. We are incredibly proud of the way our students performed and represented Morgan Street.
