We are thrilled to announce that phase 1 of our Gemeinhaus and Distiller's House restorations are complete!

The new porch on the Distiller's house is complete, and research and preparation are occurring for phase 2 now. This building will not be reopening to the public at this time.

The roof repairs on the Gemeinhaus look wonderful, and we cannot wait to let you all back inside! We have some cleaning and rearranging to do between now and then due to extensive plaster repairs that were completed. Gemeinhaus tours will be returning on July 1st. See you then!

It is not too late to register for our Young Apprentice Program on June 1-5!

Each day participants will get to work with a different skilled trades person to learn about an 18th century trade before making something to take home with them. These trades include blacksmithing, candle making, pottery, gardening, surveying, and more. The last day they will cook and bake an 18th century style meal and enjoy it together to celebrate their achievements.

The program cost must be paid for in advance in order to reserve your spot.

This program is for ages 12-15.
