Earlier this week, as part of Fire Prevention Week, members of our department visited a few schools in town. Members engaged with students to talk about the importance of fire safety, calling 911, and to inform them of the various tools they may see or hear during a fire or medical call. Great job to all involved and hopefully those students brought some knowledge home to share with their families.

A big congratulations to Firefighter Vincent Yerardi and Firefighter Dylan DeRubeis on their graduation from the Boston Fire Academy today! FF V. Yerardi and FF DeRubeis completed their Recruit Fire Academy on Moon Island over the last 12 weeks and we are excited to have them back serving the Town of Weston. We are extremely proud of their hard work and dedication to their skills the last few months and know they will prove to be valuable assets to the Department and the community. Congratulations again, FF Yerardi and FF DeRubeis!
