The Webster Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating 70-year-old Thomas Tubiolo. He was last seen in the City of Rochester on May 1, 2026. Thomas is approximately 5’11” tall and weighs 160 lbs. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call 911 and ask to speak with a Webster Police Officer.
